Program Name: Dock-FX Equipment Alerts

Dock-FX SMS Alerts are provided by HydraTechnical LLC to customers and authorized equipment operators who voluntarily choose to receive text-message notifications from their Dock-FX equipment system.

Program Description

Dock-FX may send automated SMS messages concerning equipment conditions, including system status, warnings, faults, low fluid level, shutdown conditions, filter-service notifications, AC power loss, temperature warnings, and other enabled equipment alerts.

These messages are informational equipment notifications and are not marketing or promotional messages.

Consent

SMS alerts are optional. An authorized user opts in by entering their mobile telephone number into the Dock-FX Alert Setup screen and enabling SMS alerts. SMS consent is not required to purchase or operate Dock-FX equipment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to equipment conditions and the alerts enabled by the user.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Dock-FX SMS message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will no longer receive Dock-FX SMS alerts at that number unless you subsequently opt in again.
