Dock-FX Alert Setup Screen — SMS consent is OFF by default. The authorized equipment operator must enter a mobile phone number and deliberately check the empty “I AGREE TO SMS ALERTS” checkbox to opt in. The checkbox is not pre-selected.

SMS Alert Opt-In
Dock-FX equipment owners and authorized operators may choose to receive automated SMS notifications regarding equipment status, warnings, faults, and shutdown conditions.
To opt in, the authorized user accesses the password-protected Dock-FX Setup → Alerts screen, enters their mobile phone number, and enables SMS Alerts.
SMS alerts are optional and are not required to purchase or operate Dock-FX equipment.

By enabling SMS Alerts, you agree to receive automated Dock-FX equipment alert text messages from HydraTechnical LLC at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on equipment conditions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
How to Opt Out
Users may disable SMS Alerts from the Dock-FX controller or reply STOP to a Dock-FX text message at any time.
